Communicating to my KHS staff who I am was an important start in building positive relationships. Below is my introduction letter I created to let teachers know my philosophy of education and a little about me. At the time of this letter, many teachers had not arrived back to school. I placed a hard copy letter in each teacher's back to school packet and in an attached email.
We have many new teachers at Kinston High School this year. In an attempt to provide support in the classroom, I sent an email to my BTs offering mock observations. The mock obervations will let teachers know what I am looking for when I come in to do an observation.
